PLT GreenSchools! Advisory Committee

Thanks to our Partners

Thanks to a three-year Learn & Serve grant from the Corporation for National & Community Service, 20 middle/high schools in four regions of the country will be selected each year to model PLT’s GreenSchools! program. 

In 2008-2009, schools in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Texas were chosen to participate.

In 2009-2010, schools in Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, and South Carolina will participate.

Thanks to a US Forest Service grant, multiple PreK-12 public and charter schools across the country are working toward becoming model PLT GreenSchools!

Special thanks to Vernier Software and Technology for their support of the GreenSchools! program through the contribution of monitoring equipment.
